General Terms

jaya7 ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of any service on the platform.

Account Management

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Funds can currently be deposited on jaya7 using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Deposit limits are subject to change.

All funds deposited into an account may only be used for gaming purposes. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the user's own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, in special circumstances — such as pending KYC verification, detection of unusual transactions, or technical reasons — processing may take longer.

All bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawals can only be made to verified payment methods.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the jaya7 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). A conversion rate may apply for transactions in other currencies.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. To receive this bonus, registration must be completed and an eligible amount deposited.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times). This means that to withdraw bonus funds, the total amount bet must equal ten times the bonus amount. The following points about wagering should be noted:

• Only real money bets will be counted toward wagering calculations
• Bets placed on certain games may contribute at a different rate toward wagering requirements
• Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus expires
• Maximum bet limits may apply (while a bonus is active)

5.3 Promotional Terms

Each promotion has its own terms, which will be stated in the relevant promotion description. jaya7 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time. The same promotion cannot be used on multiple accounts at the same time.

5.4 VIP Program

jaya7's VIP program has three levels: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.7%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.0%). Higher levels can be reached through regular play. VIP benefits and rewards are subject to change.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Results

The results of all games on jaya7 are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer. All games are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. If you have any dispute regarding a game result, please contact our support team.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and are displayed in the relevant game interface. jaya7 reserves the right to adjust betting limits for any member.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to server errors, internet disconnection, or other technical issues, jaya7 will review the logs and determine the result at a later time. Even if a winning amount is displayed due to a technical error, jaya7 reserves the right to correct it after review.

6.4 Sports Betting

For sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, etc.), the outcome of a bet depends on the official match result. If a match is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled according to jaya7's operational policy.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jaya7 platform. Violation of these rules may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Money Laundering: Any attempt to legitimize funds from illegal sources through jaya7
• Fraud: Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to artificially claim rewards by circumventing bonus terms
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account by the same person
• Software Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems or using bots

• Account remaining inactive for an extended period (generally more than 12 months)

In the case of termination for valid reasons, any legitimate funds in the account will be returned.
